| ACDSee | An image viewing, resizing and converting tool. A fast and handy application. |
| Apache | Production quality web server. |
| Audio Grabber | Extract the audio from an Audio CD |
| Color Spy | Pick the colors from the screen. So, this is useful when working with the colors and templates of a webpage, image, for something similar. |
| Computer games | Have played a lot of computer games, short and fast, to enjoy, and refreshen. Few are Dave, Chess, Snooker, Soccer, Car Racing, Bike Racing, Bud Redhead, and a lot of Flash games available. |
| CoolEdit | Audio editor for working with recording, audio extraction, conversion, noise reduction, effcts addind, etc. |

| Database Architect | Defines database tables, fields, references and indexes, drawing them directly in the program's main window and invokes the program to generate the database directly from the program window. |

| Dia | An application for creating technical diagrams. Its interface and features are loosely patterned after the Windows program Visio. Features of Dia include multiple-page printing, export to many formats, and the ability to use custom shapes created by the user as simple XML descriptions. Dia is useful for drawing UML diagrams, network maps, and flowcharts. |

| JBuilder | An older version used to work as Java's IDE tool to desing the Windows, Forms, Menus, and as the source code editor and compiling interface. |

| Mail Server | SMPT and POP server from TrueNorth Software. Used in Windows platform as a test server to know, if the mail sending scripts are working good or not. |
| Mantis | Web based bug tracking system written in PHP. Most useful to the development of a project, and work with Clients or Managers. Thus, it helps in structuring a project. |
| Maya | Currently learning Modeling in Maya, and Animation |
| Mozilla Firefox | A good and not-annoying browser, and has a good user experience. |
| Mozilla Thunderbird | A very good email client with a support for different email accounts. Something like that, almost the single email client for all emails you can have. |
| Mp3 Tagging Tools | Put the detailes about an audio piece into the Mp3 File itself. |
| MSOffice | MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Access, MS Outlook Express |
| MySQL | MySQL database server, and other related tools. |
| Octeth | Octeth Email Marketing Pro has a proprietary email sending techniques, newsletter managemet and campaign tracking systems. As we had a lot of customers to be informed, I was to use Octeth (OEMPro, for short) to be in touch with the customers frequently. |
| Opera | Though less popular, I use this browser to test the sites. |

| phpDocumentor | Make the documentation of a function or class. Extensively used to build a technical reference manual. Documentation is a must-be-done thing. It helps to know the other programmer be quickly familiar familiar with your work. phpDocumentor requrires to write the necessary comments in the source code itself, which will be later used to build the documentation. It is extemely useful, when you are writng a lot of classes, methods and function! Get structured with your applications! |
| PostgreSQL | PostgreSQL server is a feature rich database server with the versions for Linux and Windows. |
| PowerCHM | Create HTML help files, useful to create manuals, and documentation. |

| Real Producer Plus | Create the real player files which can be streamed from the web server. |
| Resource Hacker | Extract or fix the icons, images, texts from the Windows files. |
| Samsung PIMS & File Manager | Personal Information Manager, for Phone. Also, I have worked to make ring tones for the Mobile, from the audio pieces I selected. |
| Screen Captures | Take the scrren shots of the portion of the screen. Useful while creating user manuals that describes the application interface window used. |
| ShoutCast | Winamp's technology to broadcast the audio from one server, so called a station |
| Smarty | Compiling template engine for PHP. It provides the programmer and template designer with a wealth of tools to automate tasks commonly dealt with at the presentation layer of an application. |
| SQLYog | A front end tool to work with MySQL database. It also has a tunnelling feature with SSH Connection or XML rendering. Both the features are higly useful. |
| SSH Secure Shell | Connect to the linux server's terminal and mantain the file systems, monitor the server, database backups, etc. |
| Sticky Notes | Various sticky notes for the desktop, so that I remember what I have to next time. Quick or note taking. ATNotes is best selected, while, StickIt allows to post the notes from the networked computers as well. |
| Subversion (SVN) | Work with different programmers about a common project and probably, same file names. This helps to keep the programmer's works intact and updated. So, a programmer's work will be visible to the other, when it is done. Thus, it allows to get protected from losing the updates made by different programmers. |
| Teleport | Website crawler and downloading the files availabe from the links given. |
| TrendMicro | Antivirus application, but has a bulky file size. So, reduces the computer's performance a bit. |
| UltraEdit | Very fast, and higlty memoroy efficient editor to use. I use it specially for find and replace in a bulky file, and removing the \r character from the files. |
| WEFT | Font embeding technology for webpages, from Microsoft. This lets the visitors see the designs using the font as used by the creators, even though they do not have the particular font in their computer. |
| Windows 9x, XP | Desktop Operating System for documentation, applications development, testing. |
| XAMPP | Quikest installer of all server components requried to have a PHP environment. |
| Xenu | Link checker tool to find, fix and verify that the links I have in the websites are valid and not broken. |
| Xitami | Cute, tiny and highly portable web server application |
| zFTPServer | Windows based FTP server. I have found it most copetetive among various servers, and it is fast / easy to work with. |
